Classical culture from Brooklyn’s hotel le bleu
hotel le bleu, Brooklyn’s first 48-room boutique hotel situated on Fourth Avenue in historic and trendy Park Slope, has teamed-up with the Brooklyn Philharmonic to offer its guests VIP tickets and exclusive access to performances of the orchestra’s 2009 season
The ‘Classically Brooklyn’ offer includes double or king-bedded rooms, two VIP tickets and complimentary welcome amenity. The package is centred around performances of Shades of Blue, Russian Tales, A Mouse, A Wolf, & A Boy Named Peter and Things that Make You Go Vroom; April 19, May 9 and 17, 2009 respectively. All performances, with the exception of Shades of Blue and Things That Make You Go Vroom will be held at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) with these two being held at the Brooklyn Museum in conjunction with an exhibition featuring the impressionist works of Gustave Caillebotte and works by Hernan Bas, and in conjunction with 21: Selections of Contemporary art, respectively.
Room rates range from $199 to $499 per room, per night. Seven-day advance purchase discounts of 10% off best available rate are also available. Tickets are limited to two per room.
